There’s something special about girls’ trips — the laughter, the late-night talks, and the little moments that turn into forever memories. This one took us to Cabo San Lucas, where turquoise waters, endless tacos, and perfect sunsets became the backdrop for a week of connection, adventure, and pure joy.
⸻
Day 1: Arrival in Paradise
The adventure kicked off bright and early with a sunrise coffee and a layover in Dallas before touching down in Cabo by 11 AM. First stop? Margaritas — because priorities. We grabbed a round right at the airport and sipped them on our ride to Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach, our home for the week.
Before checking in, we made a quick grocery stop at Frescos to grab a few essentials — snacks, breakfast items, and drinks for the room. The plan: explore town for the first half of the week, then settle into full relaxation mode with the all-inclusive.

By the time we reached the resort, it was time to unwind. We found fish tacos at The Market, watched the sky melt into a perfect Cabo sunset from our terrace, and called it an early night. Travel day success.

Day 2: Town Adventures & Taco Trails
Jet lag had us up with the sun, but that just meant more Cabo time. After breakfast, we took the resort’s shuttle to Pueblo Bonito Rose, a sister property near the marina — the perfect starting point for a day in town.

Lunch at Tacos Gardenia was a hit — fish tacos, shrimp tacos, and margaritas that could rival any five-star bar. Next up, the legendary Squid Roe — equal parts party and spectacle. A quick drink, some dancing, and lots of laughter later, we wandered to the Cactus Blown Glass Factory, where the artistry was stunning (and suitcase space, sadly, limited).

From there, Happy Endings Cantina became our favorite find of the day — $4 margaritas, $10 nachos, and the best dive bar vibes. Pro tip: Get the Jell-O shots and thank me later.

We wandered through “The Place” art display, did some souvenir shopping, and ended the evening at Cabo Wabo — waboritas topped with margarita popsicles in hand. Back at the resort, we cooled off in the adult pool and wrapped the day with tacos from La Choya food truck.

Day 3: Marina Magic & a Sunset to Remember
After breakfast, we were back in town for another fun-filled day. We wandered past Luxury Avenue, posed at the colorful Cabo sign, and grabbed lunch at Solomon’s Landing — more fish tacos (are you surprised?) and a mezcal margarita to match.

We cooled off at Sanchos, sipping Arnold Palmers before heading to the marina for our luxury sunset cruise to El Arco. This experience was pure perfection — crafted cocktails, music, and unbeatable views of Lover’s Beach, El Arco, and Divorce Beach as the sun dipped low.

On the sail back, we snacked on ceviche, guacamole, and chips, laughing and dancing under the fading light. Cabo magic at its finest.

⸻
Day 4: Spa Bliss & Birthday Cheers
After breakfast, we spent the morning resort-hopping — ME by Melia, Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos, and finally The Sandbar, where shrimp and fish tacos stole the show again. Upstairs, we treated ourselves to 90-minute massages overlooking the beach — $51 well spent and worth every second.

Back at Sunset Beach, the afternoon was slow and peaceful. We made our way to the Sky Pool to catch one of the best sunset views in Cabo before heading to The Market for dinner. With options ranging from sushi to Italian to Mexican, everyone found their favorite. When our server discovered we were celebrating a birthday, he surprised us with dessert and a round of drinks — the sweetest way to end the day.

⸻
Day 5: Poolside Perfection
Our first full resort-only day did not disappoint. Breakfast at La Nao and prime poolside seats with ocean views set the tone. Poolside service kept the tacos and nachos coming, and we didn’t move more than 10 feet all afternoon.

Dinner at Tazuna delivered some of the best sushi of the trip, and later, we sang our hearts out at The After karaoke bar — our only late night, and absolutely worth it.
⸻
Day 6: Low-Key Luxury
After a day in the sun, we slowed things down again — quiet time at the adult pool, good books, and ocean breeze. That evening, we took the shuttle to Cilantros at Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos for dinner right by the sea. Tuna wontons and sea bass never tasted so good.

One of the best perks of staying at Pueblo Bonito? You can dine and play across sister resorts, making each day feel like a new experience without ever losing the luxury.

⸻
Day 7: Soaking in the Last Rays
Our last full day was spent doing exactly what we came for — relaxing by the pool, soaking up sunshine, and replaying the week’s highlights.

This trip was everything we needed — laughter that left us breathless, heartfelt conversations, spontaneous adventures, and plenty of margaritas in between. Cabo was the perfect backdrop for connection and celebration — and I already can’t wait for the next getaway with these amazing women.

Final Thoughts
This week with these ladies was pure joy — the kind of trip that fills your cup and your camera roll. Cabo has a way of bringing people closer, reminding you to slow down, laugh harder, and savor the sunshine. Until next time… cheers to friendship, fish tacos, and endless sunsets. 🌴✨
